Dear Customer, On Friday March 7th, 2025 we will be carrying out maintenance on some physical nodes in this location. During this time we will be required to reboot VPS and an email has been sent to the affected customers. The maintenance window is between 23:00 UTC and 02:00 UTC. We will be installing important updates to our physical servers and will reboot when complete. Your VPS is expected to be down < 1 hour sometime during the maintenance window. Once the maintenance window has been completed we will send a completion notice and you may login to your VPS and restart any of the services that you require. Special instructions for our forex trading customers: It may be advisable to check that your EA's or other automated trading applications will resume control of open positions after being restarted. Please consider closing your MetaTrader application(s) to save your chart configurations, and set up profiles to ensure that your EA's will relaunch with your predefined settings correctly. Also, we have provided a "Startup Adder" application to properly relaunch your MT4/MT5 applications. Our support staff are happy to assist with setting that up if you would like.
